What’s the process like renting through Kiki’s Closet?

You can either submit an inquiry form or email to kick off the conversation with us if you’re looking for guidance on what rentals would best suit your event.

If you know what you want and need, just add the items to your cart and checkout. We will confirm the rentals are available for your date and confirm via email.

Do you decorate + set up tables?

We do and would love to! Just request it when completing the order form and cross another thing off that to-do list!

Is there a limit I need to spend or items I need to rent?

Nope! You may rent one item if you wish to. Alternatively, there’s no limit on the max amount of items you’d like to either.

What is the fee if I damage or break a rental?

Each item has its own replacement value. The replacement cost of each item is listed on the site within the product description and additionally provided when booking your rentals.

Do you provide delivery on your rentals?

We do! We offer free delivery and installation of our rentals and balloon garlands.

Can I provide you with inspiration pictures for the theme?

Absolutely! The more pictures and ideas you can provide the better! We love helping bring our client’s visions to life.

Can I pick up the rentals instead?

Of course! You can opt out of our delivery and install service and pick up your items instead. We will confirm a day and time that works best when booking.

Will you return to the venue to remove the balloon installations?

Yes, this is arranged when you book your date and service.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at the time of booking. Once your wishlist of items is submitted, we’ll review our inventory and your date. When that is confirmed, your card will be changed and your date and service is secured.

Are your rentals kid-proof?

Some of our rentals are not kid-proof. We do however have a large collection of items that are wood or acrylic and are super kid friendly.

Can I choose colors for the rented backdrops?

Yes! We offer wood backdrops that are painted to the color of your choice (sorry, not metallic paints)! We also offer fabric covers in a variety of colors for our metal frame backdrops.
